Day 1: Welcome & arrival day

Our guide will greet you in Split or meet you in the airport terminal. The transfer to Trilj is very quick and soon you’ll be entering the Dalmatia countryside, to begin your activity holidays dedicated to teenage children. Check-in to your family run hotel, unpack and start to unwind. Tomorrow the fun begins.

Day 2: Canoe tour

After a hearty breakfast, we’ll take a short transfer to a typically quiet village where our water fun begins. The Cetina River is our host for the day, offering a peaceful flow, which adds to the air of tranquillity. Home-life will soon be forgotten, as we paddle and play games along the river. The tour neatly concludes back at the hotel. Time to relax in the swimming pool or explore the surrounding countryside. There are many marked trails for walks and bikes.

Day 3: Mountain biking

Kayaking and cycling holidays in Croatia are highly regarded by our family guests due to the pristine environments they come into contact with. This is not mass tourism! Our routes are designed with nature and culture in mind. We do have a support vehicle, but rarely do our groups ever need it. With medium difficultly we ride along countryside roads, pass quiet villages, and stop by natural springs & waterfalls. At a tranquil village, we stop for a farm house snack and discover their 600 year old working watermill. The tour ends at the hotel.

Day 4: Kayaks or banana canoes

Depending on water levels, you will either be using ‘sit on-top’ kayak floats or our banana shaped mini rafts. Sitting single file, in two’s or three’s, you will have to work together, taking on waterfalls, many impressive grade 3 rapids and slip streams. Today, really does offer an unforgettable feeling, as each vessel is captained by you, and not by our guides. Pull together as a team, splashing down the white waters in one of Croatia’s most stunning canyons.

Day 5: Rafting & beach day

Part 1: After a big breakfast, we are off to discover an incredible valley with some very wild waters. Alongside your new friends, you’ll be riding down another challenging section of the Cetina River. The rapids here are bigger, so we’ll be sitting in the 8-man floats, which will be guided by a certified captain. Get ready for strong currents, bumping off the rocks and big bubbling waters. Half way down we’ll stop to catch our breath, swim and soak in the tranquil vibes.

Part 2: The best thing about cycling and rafting holidays in Croatia is that ‘the end’, is as good as the start. And at the end of our water explorations, we journey to Omis, a stunning coastal town. Omis has lovely beaches, perfect for swimming and sunbathing, and our guests will have the afternoon here. From excellent sea food restaurants to shopping, this pirate town is a great finish to a big day out! There certainly won’t be any restless teenagers on the drive home to Trilj.

Day 6: Chill day

There are many optional extras that can be booked for your free day, from horse riding to day trips to Split and the beach. Bikes can be rented and hiking routes can be discussed with our guides. Don’t forget, that the hotel has a swimming pool, sun terrace lounging area, games room and free WIFI.

Day 7: Canyoning

Action packed holidays in Croatia must include a trip into the Dalmatian canyon’s! Discover a 40 metre waterfall, underground lakes, subterranean tunnels, and slip stream gorges. Splash, jump, and slide along with your new friends and family, in this 100% natural water world of fun! Float along this ancient canyon, and discover the true gift of nature. Those that have energy left, can hike to the Roman ruins near to the hotel. For anyone else, time to work on that tan!

Day 8: Departure

Airport transfers included or we will take you onto your next destination. Do ask our travel managers about extension possibilities. We hope you have enjoyed your stay.
