Our aim is to be as professional, and courteous as possible with both our customers, and our activity suppliers. Do note that the prices and these Terms and Booking Conditions which are published on our website, www.teenageractivityholidays.com (“Website”), supercede those printed in any of our brochures, or advertised in our leaflets or SMS messages.
A contract shall only come into existence between us and you (on behalf of yourself and your group) upon acceptance by us of your deposit or, in the case of holidays booked less than 56 days before the departure date, on acceptance by us of the final balance payment, as evidenced by the invoice confirmation that will be sent to you. Please note that, if you fail to complete and sign a booking form but have submitted money by way of a deposit or full balance, we will assume you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Booking Conditions.
